To switch between the two weighing platforms on the KitchenAid KQ909 Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Position the scale on a flat surface.
2. Power up the scale using the designated button.
3. Choose the desired weighing platform based on the quantity of ingredients you want to measure.
4. Place your ingredients on the selected platform.
5. The scale will display the weight on the LCD screen.
Please note that you cannot use both platforms simultaneously. You need to select the platform you want to use before placing your ingredients on it. The scale is designed
