To change the unit of measurement on the Ozeri ZK013 Professional Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on by pressing the ON/OFF/TARE button briefly.
2. Locate the UNIT button on the left side of the scale.
3. Press the UNIT button repeatedly until the desired unit of measurement (grams in this case) appears on the screen.
4. The scale will now display weights in grams.
