To change the unit of measurement on the Ultrean UL-KS01 Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Press the UNIT button on the scale. Each press of the button will cycle through the available units of measurement.
2. Keep pressing the UNIT button until the LCD display shows the desired unit of measurement. The available units are grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), ounces (oz), milliliters (ml), and milk milliliters (milk ml).
3. Once the desired unit of measurement is displayed, you can start weighing your ingredients in the selected unit.
