To connect the Lepulse F4 Digital Bluetooth Bathroom Scale to your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Download the Fitdays app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
3. Open the Fitdays app and create an account if you haven't already.
4. Step on the scale to activate it. The scale will automatically turn on and calibrate.
5. Open the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and search for available devices.
6. Select the Lepulse F4 scale from the list of available devices.
7. Once the scale is connected to your smartphone, the Fitdays app will automatically sync with the scale and display your body composition data.
Note: Make sure to keep your smartphone within range of the scale (usually within a few meters) for a stable Bluetooth connection.
