To clean the Hamilton Beach 25331 Electric Indoor Searing Grill, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the grill while it is still hot.
2. Lay a wet paper towel on the hot grill and close the lid. Allow it to steam for approximately 30 seconds.
3. When the steam begins to subside, use a still-wet paper towel held with tongs (to avoid scratching the nonstick coating) to wipe the cooking grids.
Note: Do not let the paper towel steam until dry, as it will make it more difficult to remove food.
4. Allow the grill to cool completely before storing or using again.
