To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the AIMILAR AY6002B Remote Digital Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned on.
2. On the receiver unit, press the "MODE" button to switch between probe 1, probe 2, and the timer.
3. When in the cooking mode, press the "MEAT" button to select the desired meat type.
4. Once in the meat mode, press the "TASTE" button to choose the desired level of doneness.
5. While in the cooking mode, press the "°C/°F" button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The selected temperature unit will be displayed on the screen.
