To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the SMARTRO ST54 Digital Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the "°C/°F switchable" button (number 87 on the device) located on the front panel of the thermometer.
2. The temperature unit will toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) each time you press the button.
3. Keep pressing the button until you see your desired temperature unit displayed on the LCD screen (Part A- LCD).
