To change the measurement unit on the Eat Smart ESBS-01 Digital Bathroom Scale, follow these steps:
1. Locate the switch under the scale with a small tool.
2. Move the switch to select your desired measurement unit. The scale is set to default to pounds at the factory, but you can switch to kilograms or stones.
3. Once you have selected the desired measurement unit, the scale will display your weight in that unit.
