To set up your personal profile on the EatSmart ESBS-06 Digital Bathroom Scale, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the scale by touching the "SET" button or holding it for 2 seconds if the scale is already turned on.
2. The profile number will flash on the display. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select a desired profile number.
3. Touch the "SET" button to confirm the profile number selection.
4. The gender icon will flash on the display. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select your gender (male, female, athletic male, or athletic female).
5. Touch the "SET" button to confirm the gender selection.
6. The value of height will flash on the display. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust your height.
7. Touch the "SET" button to confirm the height selection.
8. The age value will flash on the display. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select your age.
9. Touch the "SET" button to confirm the age selection.
10. The display will then register 0.0 and the scale will turn off.
Your personal profile is now set up on the scale. The scale will automatically recognize you based on your weight and pull up your user profile when you step on it.
