To switch between different units of measurement on the Vitafit VT726 Digital Body Weight Scale, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the scale is turned on and ready for use.
2. Locate the 3-unit switch on the scale. It is usually located on the underside or side of the scale.
3. Use your finger or a small tool to slide the switch to the desired unit of measurement. The available options are pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stones (st).
4. Once you have selected the desired unit, the scale will display weight readings in that unit.
Please note that the unit of measurement will remain the same until you manually switch it again.
