To switch between different units of measurement on the Vitafit VT1703U Digital Bathroom Scale, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the scale is turned on and placed on a stable surface.
2. Step onto the scale to activate it and wait for the display to show your weight.
3. Press the unit switch button on the scale firmly. This button is usually located on the front or side of the scale.
4. Each press of the unit switch button will cycle through the available units of measurement: pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stones (st).
5. Stop pressing the unit switch button when the desired unit of measurement is displayed on the scale.
6. The scale will now show your weight in the selected unit of measurement.
