To change the unit of measurement on the Vitafit VT727 Digital Body Weight Scale, follow these steps:
1. Step onto the scale to activate it.
2. Locate the 3-unit switch on the scale. It is usually located on the underside or side of the scale.
3. Use your finger or a small object to toggle the switch between the available units: lb (pounds), kg (kilograms), and st (stones).
4. Once you have selected your desired unit, the scale will automatically display your weight in the chosen unit of measurement.
