To switch between pounds and kilograms on the iHome B0BX159M6W Body Weight Scale, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the scale is turned on and ready for use.
2. Step onto the scale and wait for the weight measurement to stabilize.
3. Once the weight measurement is displayed on the LED display, press the unit selection button. This button is usually labeled with a unit symbol (lb/kg) and is located on the scale's control panel.
4. Each press of the unit selection button will toggle between pounds and kilograms.
5. Release the button when the desired unit of measurement is displayed on the LED display.
6. The scale will now continue to display weight measurements in the selected unit (pounds or kilograms) until the unit is changed again.
