The step-on analyzer function of the Omron HBF-375 Body Composition Monitor allows users to obtain body composition readings by simply stepping on the monitor. Here's how to use it:
1. Place the body composition monitor on a flat, stable surface.
2. Ensure that the monitor is in the "Off" mode.
3. Step onto the monitor with bare feet, making sure to position your feet on the metal foot electrodes.
4. Stand still and wait for the monitor to display your body composition readings.
