Cleaning the Capresso 560 Infinity Burr Grinder is a simple process. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Always unplug the grinder before cleaning.
2. Clean the grinding chamber daily to remove coffee oils. Lift the upper burr and use the provided brush to clean the chamber.
3. Clean the upper and lower burr with the brush to remove any coffee residue.
4. Check the feeder channel for any coffee build-up and use the small brush to push any build-up into the ground coffee container.
5. Wipe the housing with a soft damp cloth. Make sure all parts are completely dry before next use.
6. Never pour water or any other liquid into the grinder.
Please note that dark, oily beans may require more frequent cleaning of the grinding chamber compared to medium brown non-oily beans.
