To set the temperature and cooking time on the SOUSVIDE ART Mini Sous Vide Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the unit and turn it on using the Power button.
2. Press the Temperature/Time button to enter the temperature setting mode. The temperature display will start flashing.
3. Use the Adjusting button to increase or decrease the desired temperature. The temperature can be adjusted in 1°F increments.
4. Once you have set the desired temperature, press the Temperature/Time button again to enter the cooking time setting mode. The time display will start flashing.
5. Use the Adjusting button to increase or decrease the desired cooking time. The time can be set in 1-minute increments for the first 2 hours, and in 10-minute increments from 2 to 72 hours.
6. After setting the time, press the Start/Stop button to start the cooking process. The circulator will begin heating the water to the set temperature.
7. Once the set temperature is reached, the circulator will beep three times. At this point, you can place your vacuum-sealed food into the cooking vessel.
8. The cooking time will start counting down on the display. Once the cooking time is over, the circulator will beep three times and the display will show "End".
9. Press the Start/Stop button to stop the cooking process and turn off the unit.
Please note that the default temperature setting is 133°F and the default cooking time is 4 hours. You can adjust these settings according to your recipe or preference.
