To clean the Proctor Silex 72500 Electric Vegetable Chopper, you can wash the cover, bowl, and blade in hot, soapy water. Be careful when handling the blade as it is sharp. Rinse and dry the components after washing. Additionally, the cover, bowl, and blade are dishwasher safe and can be placed in the top rack of an automatic dishwasher. To clean the base, simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and do not immerse the base in water.
