To assemble the CHEFFANO AZ-MG097 Electric Meat Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Hold the head and insert it into the inlet with one hand, revolving it towards the left.
2. Place the feed xxxx into the head, long end first, by turning the feed xxxx slightly until it is set into the motor housing.
3. Place the cutting blade onto the feed xxxx shaft with the blade facing the front.
4. Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade, fitting the protrusions into the slots.
5. Support or press the center of the cutting plate with one finger, then xxxx the fixing ring until tight with another hand. Do not over tighten.
6. Place the hopper plate on top of the head and fix it into position.
7. Make sure to locate the unit on a firm surface.
8. Ensure that the air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing are kept free and not blocked.
