To assemble the mini food chopper, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is unplugged before assembling.
2. Place the unit on a flat surface with rubber feet to prevent slipping.
3. Align the plastic tabs on the bottom inner rim of the container with the locking slots on the base.
4. Grasp the top of the container, apply slight pressure, and turn the container until the tabs lock into place.
5. Slide the blade hub over the container shaft, being careful as the blade is sharp.
6. Place the lid on the container and press down gently.
7. Slide the extended tab on the lid onto the groove in the base slot.
8. Turn the lid until the raised dot marker on the lid aligns with the dot marker on the base. The lid will snap and lock into place.
Note: The mini chopper has an interlock system that prevents operation if the lid is removed. Make sure the lid is correctly positioned and locked before starting the unit.
