Cleaning the BLITZWAX Wax Warmer is a relatively simple process. Here's how you can clean it:
1. Ensure that the appliance is unplugged but still warm.
2. Use cotton muslin strips or paper towels to wipe away any leftover wax. You can also use a wax warmer cleaning solution or a small amount of oil.
3. If there is stubborn residue, you can heat the wax slightly to soften it and then wipe it away.
4. Make sure to clean the removable pot thoroughly, as well as the inside of the wax warmer.
5. Once cleaned, allow the wax warmer to cool completely before storing it.
It's important to note that you don't need to clean the wax pot after each use. The leftover wax can be melted and reused for the next application. However, if you prefer to clean it after each use, the above steps should be followed.
