To connect the INSMART 260H Bluetooth Body Fat Scale to your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Scan the QR code or search and download the "Insmart Health" app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Open the "Insmart Health" app on your phone and register as a new user with an email address or login with an existing account.
3. Turn on Bluetooth and Location Permission in the system Background settings of your phone.
4. Open the "Insmart Health" app and follow the on-screen guide.
5. If you're having trouble connecting to the scale, tap the "Setting" button in the app.
6. Then tap "Device Binding" and tap the "+" button to search and pair the Bluetooth Scale.
7. Once paired, go back to the home page of the app and tap the "Measure" button to start weighing.
