To ensure that your device is properly charging on the LG Innotek PWMAW815A FAST WIRELESS CHARGER, follow these steps:
1. Connect the charger and adapter included in the box.
2. Place your device on the center of the wireless charging terminal.
3. Once the device is mounted, the charger will start and the green LED indicator will turn on.
4. If you notice that charging is not working, try adjusting the position of your device by moving it up and down to find the right spot.
5. If the red LED indicator is on, it means that charging is not working. In this case, you need to re-mount your device.
6. If the red LED indicator remains on even after re-positioning, it indicates that your device has a unique charging area. For example, the charging area might be located on the top and left corners of your device. Each device may have a different charging area.
