To pair the onn 100123973 Rugged Mini Speaker with your smartphone or tablet, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your speaker is fully charged.
2. Press and hold the Power button on the speaker until you hear a prompt indicating that the device has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.
3. On your smartphone or tablet, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for the device named "onn. bts mini spkr".
4. Tap on the device name to connect.
5. Once the pairing is successful, you will hear a prompt indicating the connection.
