To set the time on the SHARP SPC754 Digital Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the power cord into a standard household outlet. The display will flash, indicating it needs to be set.
2. Press and hold the TIME SET button to activate time setting.
3. While holding down the TIME SET button, press the HOUR button to advance to the correct hour. The PM indicator will light when the hour is advanced into the PM time.
4. While holding down the TIME SET button, press the MINUTE button to advance to the correct minute.
5. Release the TIME SET button when the correct time is shown on the display.
Note: The clock has a battery backup feature that will hold the time settings if the power is interrupted. However, if there is no battery and the power is interrupted, the display will show 12:00 and the time will need to be reset.
