To adjust the hose neck on the Simple Designs LD1003 Hose Neck Desk Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the lamp is turned off and unplugged.
2. Locate the hose neck, which is the flexible part of the lamp that connects the base to the shade.
3. Hold the base of the lamp with one hand to stabilize it.
4. With your other hand, grip the shade firmly but gently.
5. Bend or twist the hose neck to the desired angle or position. The hose neck is flexible and can be adjusted to different angles to personalize the lighting.
6. Once you have adjusted the hose neck to your liking, release your grip and the hose neck should stay in place.
