To set the time on the Sharp SPC216 Digital Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Plug the power cord into a standard household outlet. The display will flash, indicating that it needs to be set.
2. Press and hold the TIME button down to activate the time setting.
3. While holding down the TIME button, press the HOUR button to advance to the correct hour. The PM indicator will light when the hour is advanced into the PM time.
4. While holding down the TIME button, press the MINUTE button to advance to the correct minute.
5. Release the TIME button when the correct time is shown on the display.
The clock should now display the correct time. Refer to the instruction manual for more detailed information and illustrations.
