If the G logo on the POWERPLAY control box is not illuminating, there are a few possible reasons. First, ensure that the USB cable is securely connected directly to the PC and the POWERPLAY control box, or to a powered USB hub. If the connection is loose, the logo may not light up.
If the connection is secure and the logo still does not illuminate, it could indicate that the mouse is not paired to the integrated LIGHTSPEED wireless receiver in the POWERPLAY control box. To resolve this, turn off the mouse, wait for three seconds, and then turn it back on. The mouse and the integrated LIGHTSPEED wireless receiver should pair automatically.
If the mouse has been previously paired to another POWERPLAY charging base, make sure that the mouse's included Nano receiver is not plugged in. Then, turn off the mouse, wait for three seconds, and turn it back on. The mouse and the integrated LIGHTSPEED wireless receiver should pair automatically.
If you have followed these steps and the G logo still does not illuminate, please refer to the Logitech POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System User Guide for further troubleshooting steps or contact Logitech support for assistance.
