To assemble the Bissell 1986 Series ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro, follow these steps:
1. Insert the upper handle into the top of the base until you hear a "click".
2. Align the carry handle with the slots on either side of the base and push it into place until it "clicks".
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to secure the xxxx (found taped to the upper handle) into the carry handle.
4. Wrap the cord around the carry handle and hook it onto the Quick Release Cord Wrap.
5. Align the clean water tank with the grooves at the bottom of the upper handle and slide it into place.
