To adjust the ultrasonic frequency of the Aspectek Yard Sentinel Pest Repeller, you can use the Frequency dial located on the back of the device. Here are the steps:
1. Remove the back cover of the unit by gently pulling it off.
2. Locate the Frequency dial in the top middle of the device.
3. The dial has a range of frequencies indicated around it, with each range corresponding to the pests it is effective at repelling.
4. Choose the range that best reflects the type of pest you want to repel. For example, lower frequencies (counter-clockwise) are effective for repelling insects and larger animals, while higher frequencies (clockwise) are effective for repelling rodents.
5. Set the Frequency dial to the desired range by turning it to the appropriate setting.
6. You may need to experiment with different frequency settings to find the range that works best for the specific pests you are targeting.
7. It is recommended to adjust the frequency slightly every few weeks to prevent the pests from adapting to the sound.
