To ensure that the Gideon E605 Electric Mouse Trap is working properly, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the trap by switching it to the "On" position.
2. When the device is turned on, a green light will illuminate, followed by a red light. This indicates that the trap is functioning correctly.
3. The red light will flash once, indicating that the trap is armed and ready to catch rodents.
4. The red light will continue to flash every 10 seconds, indicating that the device is active and functioning.
5. When a rodent enters the trap, the red light will illuminate, indicating that the device is activated and emitting a high-voltage shock.
6. After the kill is complete, the red light will stop flashing, and a green light will start flashing. Do not touch the trap until the red light stops and the green light is flashing.
