To set the time on the Sharp SPC483 Digital Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the TIME button to activate the time setting mode.
2. While holding down the TIME button, press the HOUR button to advance to the correct hour. The PM indicator will light up when the hour is in the PM time.
3. While still holding down the TIME button, press the MINUTE button to advance to the correct minute.
4. Release the TIME button when the correct time is displayed on the clock.
