To set the desired cooking temperature on the ZWILLING 1022037 Sous Vide Cooker, please follow these steps:
1. Fill a cooking pot with water within the marked levels.
2. Attach the sous vide stick to the pot's edge using the integrated clamp.
3. Plug in the sous vide stick and ensure it is securely connected to the power source.
4. The sous vide stick features an LED-touch display for easy temperature control. Tap the display to activate it.
5. Use the touch controls to select your desired cooking temperature. The temperature can be adjusted in increments of 0.1°F-0.3°F.
6. Once you have set the desired temperature, the sous vide stick will start heating the water to reach that temperature.
7. Monitor the display to ensure that the water temperature reaches and maintains the desired level.
8. You can adjust the temperature at any time during the cooking process if needed.
9. Once the cooking is complete, carefully remove the food from the water bath and finish as desired.
