To set the date and time on the VTech CM18445 4-Line Expandable Office Phone, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU/SELECT button to show the main menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the menu items and highlight "Date and time".
3. Press the MENU/SELECT button or the /SKIP button to select "Date and time".
4. Enter the month, day, and year using the dialing keys on the phone.
5. Press the MENU/SELECT button to save the date.
6. Enter the hour and minute using the dialing keys.
7. Use the navigation buttons to choose between AM or PM.
8. Press the MENU/SELECT button to save the time.
