The mechanical ringer of the Sangyn SY-HA41T25-RED Retro Wall Phone may not be adjustable. The volume of the ringer is set to a standard level and cannot be changed. If you are having trouble hearing the ringer, make sure the ringer volume is turned up to the maximum level using any available controls on the phone. If you are still unable to hear the ringer, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting tips or contact Sangyn customer support for assistance.
