To adjust the temperature and timer on the Magic Mill MFD-1011 Food Dehydrator Machine, follow these steps:
1. Plug the dehydrator into a wall outlet and ensure it is on a flat, level surface.
2. Put the clean food in the trays, making sure not to overload or overlap the food. Close the door.
3. Press the "START/STOP" button to turn on the dehydrator. You will hear a beep sound.
4. To adjust the temperature, press the "TIME/TEMP" button. The temperature in the display window will begin to flash. If the time flashes, press the "TIME/TEMP" button again.
5. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select the desired temperature. Hold down the buttons to change the temperature rapidly. The temperature range for this dehydrator is 95°F to 165°F.
6. To set the timer, press the "TIME/TEMP" button. The time in the display will begin to flash. If the temperature flashes, press the "TIME/TEMP" button again.
7. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to set the desired time. Hold down the buttons to change the time rapidly. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
8. After finishing the temperature and timer settings, the unit will start to work in 3 seconds.
You can adjust the temperature and timer at any time during the drying process by using the "TIME/TEMP", "+", and "-" buttons. To stop the dehydrator, press the "START/STOP" button. After the drying time has elapsed, the unit will beep 20 times to signal that the drying is complete.
