To charge your phone using the TOZO W10 Wireless Charger, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the TOZO W10 Wireless Charger to a qualified PD protocol or QC protocol power charger using the provided power cord.
2. Place the TOZO W10 Wireless Charger on a flat and stable surface.
3. Ensure that your phone's protective case does not have a metal back and is not thicker than 4mm.
4. Align the center of your phone's charging coil with the center of the TOZO W10 Wireless Charger's charging board.
5. The TOZO W10 Wireless Charger will automatically detect your phone and start charging.
6. During charging, if the receiving coil or the transmitting board overheats and the charging terminates, please remove the charging device, allow it to cool down, and then retry charging.
Please note that the TOZO W10 Wireless Charger is compatible with all iPhone 12 series phones and supports wireless charging distances of up to 5mm. It also supports output power levels of 5W, 7.5W, 10W, and 15W, depending on your phone's automatic adaptation. For more information and precautions, please refer to the user manual provided.
