To pair the TOZO T12 Pro Wireless Earbuds with your mobile device, follow these steps:
1. Open the charging case. The two earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
2. The left earbud will flash red and blue alternately, indicating it is in pairing mode.
3. On your mobile device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for the pairing name "[TOZO-T12 Pro]". Select it to connect.
4. Once successfully connected for the first time, the earbuds will automatically connect to your phone when you open the charging case in the future.
Note: If you encounter any issues with pairing, you can try clearing the pairing list by double-clicking and pressing the MFB button for 2 seconds while the earbuds are in pairing mode. Additionally, the earbuds will automatically reset when charging.
