To pair the TOZO T10 True Wireless Stereo Earphones with your phone, follow these steps:
1. For the first time, take out the earbuds and put them in the charging compartment for 2-3 seconds. The left and right earbuds will automatically power on and interconnect. Wait for 6-7 seconds.
2. One earbud's indicator will turn red and blue alternately. Turn on your phone and search for the Bluetooth device named "TOZO-T10" in the Bluetooth settings.
3. Click on "TOZO-T10" to connect and pair the earbuds with your phone.
If you encounter any issues with pairing, you can try the following reset steps:
1. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case and hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds until the red lights turn off.
2. Hold both buttons again for 8 seconds until the blue light blinks quickly, indicating that the reset is complete.
3. If your phone shows a "Connection Unsuccessful" message, delete all TOZO-T10 records on your phone and then search and select TOZO-T10 again.
Remember to ensure that the indicator-light side of the earbuds is on the bottom when you put them into your ears. Additionally, rotating the back of the earbuds towards the auricle side can help them fit snugly. You can also try different sizes of ear caps to find the best fit for your ears.
