To pair the TOZO X1 wireless earbuds with your device, follow these steps:
1. Open the charging case. The left and right earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to each other.
2. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for the Bluetooth pairing name "[TOZO Golden X1]". Select it to complete the pairing.
3. Once paired, the left and right earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last connected device when used again.
4. If you want to use a single earbud, pick up one side and keep the other side closed in the charging case. After the earbud is taken out and fails to reconnect, it will enter the reconnecting mode after 2 seconds. After connecting to the phone, take out the other earbud, and it will enter binaural mode automatically.
Note: If the earbuds stay in the pairing or reconnecting state for 5 minutes in Active Noise Cancellation or Transparency mode, they will enter standby mode automatically. If they stay in the pairing or reconnecting state for 5 minutes in normal mode, they will turn off automatically.
Another method of pairing:
1. Open the charging case and keep the earbuds in the charging case.
2. Hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds to force the earbuds to enter pairing mode.
3. Follow steps 2 and 3 mentioned above to complete the pairing process.
If you are still experiencing difficulties with pairing, you can also try resetting the earbuds by placing them into the charging case, pressing and holding the case button for 15 seconds, and then keeping the lid open for 10 seconds before removing the earbuds.
