1. Make sure the unit is unplugged and allow all parts to cool to the touch before cleaning.
2. Carefully remove the Tower and Auger from the base after cooling. Wipe off any remaining chocolate with paper towels.
3. Wash the Tower and Auger in warm, soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly and dry them completely.
4. Pour out as much remaining chocolate from the Bowl as possible. Use a non-abrasive, damp sponge or cloth to wipe clean the rest of the unit.
