Cleaning the Ivation IVFD100RSS Food Dehydrator Machine is simple and straightforward. Here are the steps to clean the dehydrator:
1. After use, unplug the dehydrator from the power supply and let it cool down completely.
2. Use a soft brush or cloth to remove any food particles that may have stuck to the trays.
3. Clean the surface of the main dehydrator unit with a damp cloth. You can use mild dish soap or detergent if needed. Do not submerge the unit in water.
4. Use paper towels to remove any excess marinades or liquid runoff that may have accumulated.
5. Rinse and dry the drip tray at the bottom of the unit.
6. Make sure to dry all parts with a soft cloth before storing the unit.
7. The food trays are dishwasher safe, so you can run them through the dishwasher after drying to ensure they are clean.
It is important to note that none of the parts, except for the food trays, are dishwasher safe. Therefore, only the food trays should be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
