Cleaning the Nostalgia CLCM8AQ Countertop Cotton Candy Machine is important to maintain its performance and longevity. Here are the instructions for cleaning the machine:
1. Ensure the unit is unplugged and has had time to cool down before cleaning.
2. After cooling, remove the Extractor Head by firmly gripping both sides and pulling straight up. Unlock the bowl by turning it clockwise and lifting it.
3. Wash both the Extractor Head and the Bowl in warm water, rinse, and dry.
4. Use a clean, slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge or cloth to wipe down the outside of the unit, along with the area around the heating element. Wipe with a non-abrasive towel to dry.
