To clean the Nostalgia CFF300SERIES Chocolate Fondue Fountain Machine, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning and allow the parts to cool to the touch.
2. Carefully remove the Tower and Auger (after cooling) and wipe off any remaining chocolate with paper towels.
3. Wash the Tower and Auger in warm, soapy water. Avoid washing these parts in the dishwasher.
4. Pour out as much remaining chocolate from the Bowl as possible.
5. Use a non-abrasive, damp sponge or cloth to wipe clean the rest of the unit.
6. Finally, wipe the unit with a non-abrasive towel to dry.
Note: Do not pour excess or leftover chocolate down any drain. Pour it into a plastic bag or disposable container, then dispose of it in the garbage.
