To adjust the settings of the monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU button on the monitor to access the settings menu interface.
2. Use the - or + buttons to navigate through the menu options.
3. Find the settings for brightness, contrast, and color.
4. Press the - or + buttons to adjust the values of these settings according to your preference.
5. The values range from 0 to 100, allowing you to customize the display to your liking.
6. Once you have adjusted the settings, press the MENU button again to exit the settings menu.
