To adjust the pedal resistance/tension on the Lifepro FlexStride Pro Pedal Exerciser, follow these steps:
1. Locate the Tension Control xxxx on the unit. It is located near the pedals.
2. Turn the Tension Control xxxx to the right to increase the resistance level.
3. Turn the Tension Control xxxx to the left to decrease the resistance level.
4. The FlexStride Pro has sixteen levels of resistance, ranging from 1 to 16. Align the arrow on the xxxx to the desired resistance level.
5. Increase the resistance level for a more intense workout, similar to biking up a steep hill. Decrease the resistance level for a more leisurely workout, similar to a leisurely bike ride in the park.
Remember to start with a lower resistance level if you are new to exercising or if you are just starting with the FlexStride Pro. As you become more comfortable and stronger, you can gradually increase the resistance level to challenge yourself.
