To adjust the seat height on the Marcy AIR-1 Deluxe Fan Bike, follow these steps:
1. Loosen and pull out the Lock xxxx located on the Seat Post.
2. Slide the Seat Post to the desired height, aligning it with the scale marked on the Seat Post.
3. Release the Lock xxxx and securely fasten it to lock the Seat Post in place.
The seat height adjustment is in approximately 1 ½” increments. Make sure the seat is at a comfortable height for your workout. Remember to tighten the Lock xxxx securely to ensure stability during use.
