To adjust the speed settings on the Aucma PCSTD-836 Electric Dough Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the control xxxx on the mixer. The control xxxx is used to adjust the speed settings.
2. Turn the control xxxx clockwise to increase the speed. Each click of the xxxx represents a different speed level.
3. Turn the control xxxx counterclockwise to decrease the speed. Again, each click of the xxxx represents a different speed level.
4. The mixer offers 6 optimized speeds plus a pulse function, allowing you to choose the appropriate speed for your recipe or task.
5. Adjust the speed setting based on the requirements of your recipe. Lower speeds are suitable for mixing dry ingredients or gently folding in delicate ingredients, while higher speeds are ideal for beating or whisking.
Note: Always start the mixer on the lowest speed setting and gradually increase as needed to avoid splattering or spilling of ingredients.
