To switch between the different exercise modes on the ANCHEER AR-65 Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser, please follow these steps:
1. Start by turning on the device using the Power Button.
2. Once the device is powered on, you will see the LCD Display showing various workout metrics.
3. To access the different exercise modes, locate the Mode Button on the control panel.
4. Press the Mode Button to cycle through the available modes. The Auto modes (P1, P2, P3) and Manual mode (5-level speed) should be displayed on the LCD screen.
5. When the desired mode is displayed, release the Mode Button to select it.
6. If you choose an Auto mode (P1, P2, P3), the exerciser will automatically adjust the intensity and resistance levels based on the preset programs.
7. If you prefer the Manual mode, use the Speed +/- buttons to adjust the speed and resistance levels according to your preference. There are five levels available to choose from.
8. Once you have selected the desired mode and adjusted the settings, you can start your workout by pressing the Start/Stop Button.
