To assemble the STX-1800-MG Electric Meat Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Attach the grinding head by holding it at a 45° angle and inserting it into the round black hole on the front of the main unit. Turn the grinding head counter clockwise until it is straight and the black button on the front of the grinder pops out.
2. Mount the meat hopper on top of the grinding head by pushing it down slightly until it attaches.
3. Insert the auger into the front of the grinding head with the hexagonal tip facing towards the back. Twist it slightly until it sets into the motor housing.
4. Mount the cutting blade on the front of the auger, making sure the flat, sharpened end is facing outwards.
5. Mount the grinding plate in front of the cutting blade, ensuring that the notch on the side of the grinding plate fits into the slot on the side of the grinding head.
6. xxxx the front grinding head xxxx cap onto the front of the grinding head, but do not over-tighten.
