To assemble the OSTBA SL-518 Electric Deli Food Slicer, follow these steps:
1. Position the slicer on a clean, dry, smooth surface.
2. Slide the food pusher onto the top of the feeder.
3. Set the thickness control xxxx to the desired thickness. Turn the xxxx clockwise for thicker slices and counterclockwise for thinner slices.
4. Place a plate in the back area to catch the sliced food.
5. Make sure the blade is locked and tightened.
